Comments:
Back in the lab today. Real quiet but surprisingly productive. Came back and got out. Now that Daylights Savings Time has passed it stays light out late, so I dont really need to run in the dark anymore. It was kinda chilly actually today, but wet and a little humid. Borderline. Didnt feel all that loose or strong, but didnt feel terrible. Just kinda went along. I guess for short mileage I could have felt stronger. Legs just felt heavy overall especially on the way back. Back to boring runs though nothing happened at all. Town is quiet since its spring break and all the students are gone.
Essentials: Stretch
After stretching legs still feeling sore. Felt like I couldnt do much more to stretch them out even though I feel pretty flexible overall. Maybe its gonna take a while to get used to the weather change.
