Comments:
Tough workout. I was still sore from the race which add to the challenge. 2000(9:11), 1000(4:21), 3000(13:55), 2000(9:52), 1000(4:57). Stayed with Gaither for the first 3, but fell back somewhat on the last 2. 9 min warm-up. Ended with 11 min cooldown, abs, pushups, and 10min ice bath.
