Comments:
Basically just watching basketball all day. Still feeling tired even after being able to sleep in and rest up yesterday. Run pepped me up, but didnt feel that great. Had a stomach cramp most of the way. Weather was good though. Kept it short and just came back through town. Glad I did get out because it split up the day well. Next week is going to be pretty hectic so I just want to chill and catch up this weekend. Glad I didnt sign up for the race it would have been too much.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Needed to roll real bad when I got back. Legs dont feel tight but feel sore from being worked. Also sore from not running Friday props.
