Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
A lot of sleep again last night and still feeling tired overall. Just chillin today, and it was kinda chilly outside. Had to bundle up a little bit. Got started later since the gym actually opened later today. Felt ok running up through town, once I got moving. Starting out was tough I did not want to go, but I know I have a busy week coming up so I got to get in the miles when I can. Right Achilles kinda tight, maybe from the cold. Didnt hurt much but I could definitely feel it the whole time. After a solid lift came back at a good pace. It seemed to warm up actually on the way back. I felt much better, but Achilles was still tight.

Essentials: Stretch, stick roller

Felt very tight and unflexible this morning, but after the run loosened up a lot. Upper body is sore too from lifting and that goes well with worked legs. Slight chance a storm is supposed to hit tonight giving us some snow. WTF its kinda like last year it snowed some random week in the beginning of spring. I dont think its gonna be much though, still shorts running weather.
