Home, Eldridge, Terry Hershey Park: dike hill
Sleep: 6.5 hr. Up early because I had to make mass this morning, gorgeous day, recognized another runner as I neared the dike, he and the other runner offered me Gatorade on the way back, stretch, core & pushups.
