Really Short Easy Run

I only ran 3 today. Just from Veale to MLK to the track and back to Veale. Nice and easy before the race. I'm hoping to have a great race tomorrow and impress some people. I felt good most of the way. I'm sore from lifting, mostly my back and sholders and a little in my upper legs, but the run felt real smooth. Hopefully that bodes real well for tomorrow.

30 push-ups and 3x15 dips.
