Comments:
Workout on the indoor track. Mile, 1200, 1000, 800 all with equal rest. Times were (4:50, 3:31, 2:54, 2:15). Felt good but not amazing. The increase in mileage is definitely helping keep my form together. I luckily didn't fall apart during this workout.
