Comments:
Ran with Marco from the rec center. We got started a little bit late, but my hunger subsided which was great. We went down to the Rail Trail, came out at Amherst College, then came back past the high school and the middle school and over Orchard Hill. Solid route that includes a lot of my solo stuff, but it was great to run with someone. Needed a run so badly today felt stressed out last night. We held a comfortable pace. I asked him about Belgium and Netherlands and ISIS so we talked about that pretty much the whole time. It was starting to get a little bit chilly and dark by the time we got back. Achilles felt good too.
Essentials: Stretch, L7
Gym was packed so we had to stretch on the other side. It was pretty simple legs felt good but didnt do too much. Marco skipped out on his core. After showering he realized that he left the combo to the lock in the locker, so I had to go out and find someone to open it for him. Haha he almost remembered it. Feel so much more relaxed after the solid run. The weather was perfect today too.
