It's Tempo Time Again

It's about time to start incorporating a weekly tempo again now that it is slightly less than 2 months to the CLE half. Since Akron, I have not run anything other than an easy run, so today was more or less a diagnostic. I decided to try 3 miles around 6 minute pace to see how that would feel.

It was hard to pace during because I missed some markers but overall my pace was close. Aerobically I was fine (HR 156) at the end, but my legs were not feeling as great but were not terrible. So, I'll go from here.
