3 mile warmup with Will, drills, 800, 5x200, 5 mile cooldown.
Was a bit tired today from yesterday's long run. Ran the 800 in 2:21 (73, 68). Felt good but took a little out of me. Ran the 200s in 34-35. Jogged in between the intervals. Roughly 2.5 miles on the indoor track
