This was my best Kenyan workout ever. Tyler and I did 5 (most guys did 4) together at 6:16 6:06 5:42 5:29 4:58. I really didn't think I could go that fast on the last one. I'm definitely in the best shape of my life right now. (Last 3 mile time of 16:09)
