Comments:
A beautiful day out. Still, I felt so tired and didnt want to run at all. I was pretty busy watching Jesus conspiracy theory shows, but I finally got up and went out. Had a cramp right before but it worked its way through. It was real pleasant. Had a good pace through town. My shins were so tight though, locked up and made my feet slap a lot. Took a while to get into the groove. Felt much better on the way back though. The wind was against me and I went pretty slow but at least my legs felt looser. Pretty quiet out a lot of stuff closed for Easter.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Quick stretch, more solid roll. Classic feel so much better and good that I got up and ran. Would have regretted not going so badly. ITs actually feel fine but still rolling loosened them up good.
