Rec Center Lift

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Short one, since I wanted to focus on running and being outside. And shins were sore so I didnt do too much legs. Workout was:

3 sets of:
Straight Leg Dead lift x10 (50 lbs)

2 sets of:
Med Ball Pushups x10
Plank x1 min

The second workout was kinda cool and tough on the shoulders and upper body, but I bet it helped the back too. Didnt do enough to really make a difference though since after 2 I could barely hold myself up and I wanted to be able to run home without a huge cramp. Planks are getting easier.
