Puffers Pond Orchard Hill

Comments:
Solid run from the gym with Marco. I was feeling kinda burnt out this morning but got into it in the afternoon and was looking forward to a nice run. It was super windy out all day, and in the afternoon that made it kinda chilly. We went up to Puffers and came back, nice pace throughout. On the way back, Marco suggested adding on up Orchard Hill. I was down, but my stomach was getting a little tight. Still felt comfortable, and we came down the hill around the edge of campus back to the rec center. Longest run for me in a while.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, abs

Real solid stretch after we finally got some space in the crowded gym. Went through stretching quickly, and then focused on some core. Dang the abs hurt especially today back was really sore. Havnt done them in a while though. Thats kinda bad. Good to get back to it. I was getting pretty hungry near the end so I showered up and made my way back to Conte. Feeling especially tired after the run but it was so solid.
