Nice "old school" river loop - after car errand

Comments:
A little stressed this AM, trying to get the rental car fixed. The windshield picked up a double chip on I5 on the way home.

At lunch, ran to the auto glass place to pick up the car and return to Hertz. The good news is it only cost me $150 (+ an extra day rental) with no extra insurance.

From there, I ran back to the river, then all the way to Owosso and back. My legs were tired and heavy, but I felt GREAT.

Major focus on:
- "Fast Triad" (tall-forward, arch, pawback)
- strong feet
- strong arms

Got down to sub 7:30 pace without a HR jack (mid 130s), which was cool. Almost felt like 3 and 6 years ago! I'm due. :-)

Tired at the end, but good run, nearly 9 miles, and no foot pain.

Wore a new pair of BLUE Salomon's that CPC sent me! What a guy! Felt pretty good, even with no orthotics.
