Rail Trail Long Run

Comments:
Met up with Phil and Mal Behind Marshalls to join them for part of their long run. DIdnt really think about how long it was going to be just went with it. It was kinda dreary and cloudy this morning, then proceeded to rain the entire time, enough we got wet but not soaked. Started out running down towards Amherst College. Went all the way to Mill Rd then came back up like on a RTGPL, kept going up to town then came back down Lincoln and caught back up with the trail. Held a solid pace the whole time, thats easy with people. I actually felt pretty good after not running the past few days. Plus it was good to run with those guys and talk. I stopped and they continued for the rest of their long run.

Essentials: Stretch

I was wet and cold so I wanted to get home to clean up. Ended up stretching there, not a comprehensive and great stretch, but legs feel good now. Been a while since I went that long (the 10 miler I guess) but still amazed I can just bust that out outta nowhere)
