Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
5 miles at Roberts. After a warm up and stretch, ran 2+ miles with 3 runners from the CCXC/Track team and then Nathan Lockwood and I ran 3:00-2:00-1:00-3:00-2:00-1:00 "hard" with a short recovery jog between each one. Felt good. Pace was sub 6 (on the 3:00's we covered just over 800 meters) 40+ miles this week!
