Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Focusing on back and shoulders today. Got right into it. Kinda crowded but I had my space to work. Kinda started to feel the fatigue from the running so didnt get too much into it. Workout was:
3 Sets of:
Seated DB Press x15 (15 lbs)
DB Front Shoulder raise x15 (15 lbs)
3 sets of:
Straight Leg Deadlift x15 (50 lbs)
3 sets of:
Plank x1 min
Plank was strong, deadlift also strong and I did more reps and that felt easy. Back hasne been that sore lately so I think deadlifts are helping. They are fun and efficient too. Anyways I rather focus on running and endurance than the pure strength now.
