Comments:
Willed myself out the door for a tempo which turned out to be very enjoyable.

4 on MLK with miles at 6:05, 6:14, 6:04, and 5:56. Still working on trying to get back to more even pacing. Felt pretty good though and HR at end was 152. So, maybe I need to speed up.

Cool-down straight back & stretch.
