Oh spent today just napping and chilling. So tired after last week and next weekend is Boston so I wanted to recharge today. Looking forward to putting in some more work this week though. Weather nice today, sunny for sure and a little breeze. Going up through town my right shin was super tight, had to shake it out a little bit. Must just be sore from yesterday. After lifting it felt ok and on the way back I felt more comfortable. Just took the pace relaxed and natural today. Knee was also a little tight before starting and then it felt fine.

Essentials: Stretch, stick roller

Stretched a little bit more than yesterday and used the roller on my shin. Everything just feels kinda tight and sore, but it was good to shake things out after yesterday.
