HORRIBLE run

Comments:
This was a horrible run. I started to get some shin split pain in my right leg, so I slowed down. Then, that went away after awhile, and I had to go to the bathroom. So, I had to stop at Tim Hortons. But for the last 20 minutes, I felt good. Plus, we started at 6:00am too.

80 min hot run...although it wasn't really hot, more of a mild to medium for most of the run, but probably close to hot pace for the first 20 minutes and the last 20 mintues. I might have also been tired from yesterday's run
