Puffers Pond

Later run with Marco. Sunny but windy so it made it a little bit chilly overall. He wanted to see the rest of Puffers Pond and we usually dont loop up there, so we went a little bit longer. Felt ok, some stomach cramps along the way from being hungry but it never got that bad. The worst was that I rolled my ankle on the trails on the way out kinda bad, worse than usual and it has been a while. I jut kept running on it kept it moving so that it didnt tighten up. I guess I managed the rest of the way. We just came back through the trails again instead of kicking out to the road. When we got back to the gym it was pretty stiff and sore. Still impressed we went this far and it felt pretty easy.

Essentials: Stretch, L7

Good stretch and L7 in the crowded gym. Focused on ankle which started feeling pretty tight. Just gotta work through it and keep it loose. Otherwise legs feel good glad I got something in to break up the always intense lab work.
