Adding workout to injury

Comments:
Had a mishap while hopping the fence to the outdoor track. Didn't realize I'd actually wounded myself beyond a bruise until after I warmed up and was changing into spikes. Cut the workout a bit short as a result but I will run it again this week. Sprint-float-sprint-walk. Did just 4 reps but it felt actually surprisingly good. Drove home and cleaned myself up after.
