Workout/race today. UAlbany came up for a dual meet. Warmed up, drills, 5 minutes, 800, 2x1600, then raced in the open 800m in the meet.
800=2:21, 1600=4:50 for both. All reps done in the indoor track. The race was outside. 800m in 2:07 (61, 66)
