Ashland: Upper Lithia, down to the main park, then up to Prickly Pete

Weather: 55, nice

Comments:
Slept AWESOME with CA in the topper-back of the truck, awaking only a couple times (to some cars driving by). Got up, dressed, then immediately went for a run.

Felt a little stiff and sore, but ran easy downhill along Ashland Creek to the main park, then shuffled up. Once back to the truck, we kept going up towards Prickly Pete (the dirt road by the horsefarm), then back down. Did x5 strides for a solid 4 miles.

Post-run: drove to Noble and "showered" (toweled off) in their bathrooms, got coffee, then went for breakfast. Had freaking AMAZING breakfast at Morning Glory, which included some of the best omelettes I've ever had, AND this incredible banana bread French toast with "walnut butter"!!! SO damn much food, we couldn't finish it. Key "carb-up" for Sonoma.

Long drive down, got to H-Burg and our host house (off Lytton Springs, a few miles out of town) at 5:15, then met up with Callie's mom dtown. She is here, solo, and was pretty stressed out (and negative) about it, which was a drag. But she was better once we met up at H-Burg Bar & Grill (where we've gone with BGD before).

While eating, I got a text from Connor, who recognized the topper. Turns out ALL the Curley's are in town, so we walked down the road and met up with them (CPC and Tyler), who were dining with Dom and Katie, and Monica Morant (a NB employee and runner-RWB person).

Chatted for a while, then returned to the house to prep! Good day.
