Comments:
Biked down to the outdoor track after work. Did 800m jog and some light drills before doing 3x broken 500, split 300-200 with 1:00 rest. didn't really have a set goal pace in mind and ran both of the first two 3's too fast but it was decent anyway.

Didn't feel too terrible overall, but definitely tiring. It's been a good week's work of quality work. Gonna recover this weekend before getting back at it.
