Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We went up to Squire Village in the morning to run with Marco. It was an absolutely beautiful day. Spring is here. Sun and all. Starting out ankle was pretty sore and tight, but I kept just barreling through. We kept the pace east. Started out on Old Amherst Road, came down Hadley Rd and then across to the rest of the loop then came back on Silver. A classic loop for me, brought back some good memories. It was a different time back then... Going through felt better and better by the end I was pretty comfortable. We added on into a path on the field for a little bit and that was nice to run on the dirt path. Finished up into Squire.
Essentials: Stretch
Just and easy stretch out infront on Marco's apartment. It was nice to be out in the sun, wish I could have propped up a lawn chair or something. Stretch felt nice and ankle started to loosen up. Keep it in motion. Now its off to Boston to watch the real heroes race!
