Lacrosse game

Comments:
The workout was 2-3 sets of 4x200m. We only got in two sets because there was a girls lacrosse game that started at 5. We had 90 seconds of rest in between each 200 and 5 minutes of rest between sets. The pace was really fast so that made it hard. I was aiming for around 37-38 seconds.
