Treadmill Run

Comments:
Played soccer on Saturday and it really tore my legs up - as I haven't played in years. Could barely walk the next day so I had to take it easy for a few days.

Thought about running outside but I really wanted to track my progress via treadmill. Started at 8.5 and felt like i was working a bit hard so went down to 8. Basically ran 2 miles of the run at 8.5 and finished last 0.35 miles at 9 and then 10. I feel like im getting stronger, but very slowly. Not totally impressed with my progress but I'm still quite sore from the soccer game.
