Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
3 sets but deffirent on each
Set 1 and 3
Walking Lunge w/DB x 15 steps with 20 in each hand (I wonder if its fifteen steps each leg I should probably do that next time. The weight felt light for this. Increacing steps will help)
MB pushup x 5 right 5 left (used the 30lb MB it was the biggest I could find. These wern't too bad I think I could have managed 10 a set)
Lateral Step up x 10 each leg (This felt really easy. I wonder if I have to use weights for this. I'll have to ask next week)
Pullups ( I only got 6 the first set and 5 the third. Still gotta work on those)
Set 2 and 3
DB Sholder Lateral raise x 20 with 10lbs in each hand (this was tough definitly good weight)
Single leg lunge w/ 1 foot on bench x 10each leg with 20lbs in each hand (this is definitly a goot weight its tough)
Bar dips x 10 ( I did ten each time. Felt pretty good struggled with the last one on the third set)
Burpee x 10 ( Always suck made me really short of breath and added a cardio demention to the workout)
General comments: I felt like some of the exercises were really easy in this one. I think I'll have to ask if I'm doing those right. And I'm still feeling pretty sore now so I guess its good.
