Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This is the run that I needed yesterday. Busy day doing a bunch of stuff didnt get much lab work done. It rained and was pretty moist in the afternoon, havnt felt running weather like that in a while. Started out quick and just held the pace. Didnt want to go too far since I was feeling burnt out from the short week and my legs were a little bit creaky. Felt fine overall though, stomach hurting a little bit since I was getting hungry. Ankle feeling much much better simple to run on it without the brace.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a stretch watching ESPN. Hit the wall when I got back. Need to take a mental break and then get back to it this weekend. At least I am feeling more relieved since we got our tickets to Tokyo today at a decent price. Its gonna be so legit.
