Comments:
Nice day, but just felt struggling on the run today. Legs heavy, low energy. Might be from the matzah. I did get a lot of sleep last night so maybe Im tired too. Anyways I just kept slogging along. The wind was whipping and that slowed me down at parts. Ankles were tight and stiff in the beginning, but they actually loosened up as I went along so that was nice. Felt like they could race. Just the rest of my body didnt. Still looking forward to the race tomorrow glad it wasnt today because that would have been miserable.

Essentials: Stretch

Just a stretch when I got back, actual stretch outside. First time in a while> Ended up being just laying in the grass watching cars and people go by. Ankles feeling a little stiff afterwards. ITs and rest of legs not tight, just tired. Might roll a little bit later.
