Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Final tempo/pace run of the training grind. Got out at a decent pace and slowly accelerated. By the end my body was tired but seeing I had already worked eight hours I was happy. Finished at a 5:45 pace and am happy with that seeing I am sick and not well rested. Western Pacific should be good.
