Comments:
It seemed like we were going to be doing a few sets of 200s before we left for our progressive 15 min warmup, but then Weishaar told us the workout was 3x4 150s with each set getting faster. I did 33 seconds for the first set, 31 for the second, and I was supposed to do 29 for the third but they all ended up at about 27. Overall I thought it was pretty easy.

The distance boys' representation was low, at first it was only simon and neil before ronan showed up. I think there were only a few sprinters present too. A considerable number of modified kids came though, possibly more than varsity athletes. I definitely don't remember that happening last year or the year before. We had our regular distance girls, minus zoe, ingrid, and a few others.
