Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Pretty tired and sluggish today, post grind run and weights. Started real easy (9:xx) but got down to 7:30 at 13x HR, which was good. Per usual, I feel like I fatigue out with good form at about 5-6 miles.
Did x4 short strides.
Rest of the day: SUPER-busy. Full work day, then I drove Max to the airport at lunch, barely making it back to work on time, then full afternoon, then meeting with Michael and Justin, 2 of the 3 other staff PTs.
In short: bosses trying to make big changes to the compensation structure, because we're making less money. We all think they're barking up the wrong tree.
