Comments:
I was hoping to go a little longer and a little quicker, but my legs did not agree. Neither did Ethans', so we stopped after 5. We started very slow, took a mile or so to get going, and I tightened up on the way back. Oh well, I've learned over the years that the better the race, the worse the tempo. At least I was under 6:00 pace, which in past years hasn't always happened right after meets.
