Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 50s, nice

Comments:
AM run again. CA and I ran to South HS to barefoot run. Gotta do this: "wake up the feet", and use them! I noticed the HUGE difference "using my feet" had on my hill repeats yesterday, so I wanted to do this, even if it made my left heel a little sore.

EASY jog to SEHS, then I ran on my own, several laps (for 2-plus miles). No strides. Major focus on:

- strong foot
- "BD" knees out
- pelvis left, trunk right
- Salazar stride (including the Big Step) on the right

My chronic instability in the left lateral toes barked, but it was manageable. Felt really good! Jogged back afterward.

Easy-ish day at work, then home to pack, then to a coaching meeting with Nick, then yoga.

After yoga: packed up for the Yachats weekend. Had a fantastic meal at Homegrown in Florence, then set up the topper at the TH for Cummins Creek Wilderness outside Yachats! Weekend, here we come! :-D
