Comments:
Ugh felt in the running slump today. Didnt really want to go out even though its been a few days since I ran. Ankle is feeling much better now. The cold storm weather didnt help much more. With the semester finishing up the gym is also closing soon so this was one of my last opportunities to hit it up. Felt pretty good on the way out actually. Pace was normal and comfortable. On the way back, took a while to get started up again and I felt a little more taxes, legs tighter. Satisfied and felt much better when I got back.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Solid stretch and a great rolling session when I got back. I needed that. Back feelin a little sore from the lift. Feeling pretty tired when I got back though. I got to get back on my sleep schedule I have stayed up pretty late the last few nights.
