Down to MLK for this week's tempo. 2.5 mile warm-up.

Stronger wind coming off the lake but wanted an evenly paced tempo so that's what I went for. Stayed 5:47 - 5:50 for the first three. Four was a bit slower with 5 being faster. Legs felt a bit tired but overall felt good. HR high 150s @ end.

Stretch, roll, core.
