Elmira dual pre-meet

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We split into two groups again, one went to Stewart Park and the other did a police station. I went to Stewart Park. I was working on my forward lean again, but it's easier to do when I'm running faster so I was about 5-10 meters ahead of the rest of the group for most of the run. I backed off during the last mile because I heard the girls talking about the pace so I figured that they probably wanted to go slower on a pre-meet. I didn't think we were going very fast. I looked at some of my logs from January and February and found out that we actually ran faster than we do now. It made me think about why we started slowing down. Maybe it's because we had smaller groups then? Smaller groups means there aren't as many girls to wait for on runs. There could be many reasons for the slower paces and I've only thought of a few realistic ones.
