Dont think I have run on Wednesday in a while, but today kinda felt like Thursday, and I wanted redemption from yesterday, so came home earlyish and headed out. It was raining and on the cold side, but I liked it. The rail trail was reflective, like running on a mirror. Its so cool when it does that. Felt good most of the way actually, glad stomach held up. Slowed down just a little bit on the way back. Felt relaxed and comfortable.
Essentials: Stretch
Didnt take too long to dry off, but I just did a simple stretch. Legs and ankle feeling good, good rebound from yesterday. Glad I got this in, other people would have said fuck it with this weather, but I like it like this.
