Comments:
Speed workout on the track...this was my first actual workout in a long time. Ran with the track team. After a warm-up we did 4 x 35 seconds on the track, 4 x 75 seconds, 2 x 2:30, 3 x 75 seconds, 4 x 35 seconds, plus striders and cool down. It was warm out. felt good!
