Really intense workout (in large part due to the heat). Ran 6 x 500M (sets of 3) on the grass in ~1:35 then ran our last 3 on the shim-shimmery hot track. Ran these 10 seconds faster or so. Personally I liked running the grass better than the track. Great hard workout... reminded me to drink tons-o-water or pay the price come practice time.
