Weather: Cool muggy
Comments:
Good run...tried to "bounce" and increase stride more, but still keep easy pace. seemed to work well, with no stopping. Able to power thru hills. All in all, good outing. Plan to go over 9 at OP on Sun AM. Was 183 after breakfast.
