Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a really fun tempo in the rain down MLK with Kurt. Even though it poured the whole time we managed to hit most of the splits except the 800 right after the turn around. I think the turn around might have slowed us a bit. Other than that it ws wonderful and I was glad to get back out and run in the pouring down rain. I always feel refreshed after a run like that. I didn't feel very good throughout though. I caught a couple cramps during the tempo but they didn't slow me down at all so I guess they wern't too bad. HR at end 168
Static 1 and 3 sets super crunches when I got back 30 push-ups and 3x15 dips too.
