Comments:
It took me 45 minutes to run for 21 minutes because everyone in my neighborhood was out and I saw like 5 people I knew and stopped to chat (one of the people I saw was Sarah's dad walking with Lola). My shins didn't feel too bad, but I feel very bad breathing and tired wise. I feel very out of shape. I'm very scared for ISLs because I've done maybe 5 runs this whole month and everyone else will be peaking. Did do 4 really pathetic striders on grass at Hearst if it matters, but it was much muddier that I thought, so they weren't full out. Also, iced shins after and have been doing Veronica's exercises. Didn't do strength because I have a lot to do now and dinner was ready when I got home.
