quick run

Comments:
The first mile was mostly uphill. I thought about my forward lean, but yet again I have no idea what I was doing. I kept a quick pace because most of our runs this season have been slow and I want to get used to running faster for cross country. Apparently I ran a 5k in 23:15 at some point in the run which isn't far off from some of my bad races last season.
My learners permit came in the mail a few days ago. I look kind of stupid in the picture, but I don't mind because it makes me laugh every time I see it.
I did four short strides after I finished the four miles.
