PH Loop
Stopped multiple times, would move fine on flat and downhill 6:30 or below pace, uphills thought I might die. Stomach was hurting, just felt malnourished and dehydrated.
It was hot, humid, and sun was on me though so I'm sure that had a lot to do with it. I never run in the afternoon.
6:31 first mile
6:45 last mile uphill (not collapsing for once though)
