Comments:
Some pace work on the track. Fletcher and I had 5x200m at 37 with 200m jog. 400m at 73.5. 2x200m at 37 with 200m jog. Pace felt great. My leg hurt on the cooldown which is a bit concerning. Going to definitely get it checked out.
