Final Tune-Up

Down to MLK for my final workout before the race. The forecast originally had thunderstorms, but it was sunny and high 70s - I'll take it!

Started at 6:00 pace which felt real relaxed, then sped up to my goal pace which also felt good. Had to slow myself to 6 in the beginning though as when I passed my first half mile, I was sub 5:50, but really felt fine. So, I'll have to monitor my start Sunday. Want to start relaxed but also don't want to mess with what feels natural.

Averaged 5:51 for the rest of the run.

Stretch, push-ups.
